Barbour International Marker Waxed Jacket Black Check Lining Size L

Barbour International Marker jacket in black waxed cotton, from the AW25 range. A cropped, boxy cut with a black cord collar, a full-length zip and two patch pockets with press-stud flaps on the front.

The standout feature is the black and cream gingham check lining, with a "Black Streak" panel across the back. The Barbour International badge sits on the left sleeve and the cuffs fasten with press studs. Size L on the label (style code MWX2501BK71).

RRP when new: around £250.

In excellent pre-owned condition. The wax finish is even and the lining is clean, with no tears or marks found in the photos. Measurements are shown in the last photos.

J. Barbour & Sons was founded in South Shields in 1894 by John Barbour, supplying oilskins to sailors and fishermen. Its waxed cotton jackets became a staple of British country and motorcycling life. The International line began in 1936 for motorcycle trials riders, which is where this jacket's biker styling comes from.
