We are a sole trader based in England.
About our products
Every item we sell is pre-owned and sold as a single, one-off piece. Items may show signs of previous wear and age. We describe condition honestly and the photographs on each listing show the actual garment you will receive.
Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on our products belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the brands whose pre-owned items we resell. Products are sold as genuine second-hand goods.
Accuracy of this website
We take care to describe items, prices and availability accurately. Because each piece is unique and stock changes quickly, an item may sell between you adding it to your basket and completing checkout. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is no longer available, where information has been listed incorrectly, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraud. Where we cancel, we refund in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photographs and layout of this website are owned by us or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without permission.
Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email asktaiylor@outlook.com and we will try to put it right. If we cannot resolve it, UK consumers can seek advice from Citizens Advice.
