TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the AMT Vintage website, online store and Content Engine service. The service is operated by Another Man's Treasure, trading as AMT Vintage, in London, England (“AMT Vintage”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the website, buying from the store or using Content Engine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity and any necessary permission to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or connected service has been compromised.
3. ONLINE STORE
Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition notes, availability and prices are provided in good faith. Vintage and pre-owned items may show normal signs of age and wear. Because many pieces are one-off, placing an item in a basket does not reserve it and availability can change until checkout is completed.
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or the order would breach applicable law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
4. CONTENT ENGINE
Content Engine is a private marketing workflow that helps an authorised user prepare weekly content prompts and send reviewed video files to connected third-party services.
Content Engine may:
- store marketing prompts and workflow status;
- connect to TikTok using TikTok's authorisation process;
- send a video to the authorised TikTok account as a draft or inbox upload after the user expressly approves the upload; and
- provide tools for copying prompts and managing connections.
Content Engine does not promise that content will be approved, published, viewed, recommended, become viral or produce any particular commercial result. The user remains responsible for reviewing all prompts, images, video, captions, claims and rights before using or publishing them.
5. TIKTOK AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
TikTok, Shopify, Higgsfield and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, review decisions, algorithms, account restrictions or content moderation.
Connecting TikTok gives Content Engine only the permissions shown on TikTok's consent screen. A video is not sent until the authorised user selects the file and confirms the upload. For draft uploads, the user must open TikTok, review the inbox notification, complete any editing and make the final decision to post.
You may disconnect TikTok from Content Engine. TikTok may also allow you to revoke access through its own account settings.
6. USER CONTENT AND PERMISSIONS
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transform and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide Content Engine and the requested integrations.
You must have all rights and permissions needed for any product images, videos, music, logos, trademarks, personal data and other material you submit or publish. You must not use the service to create or distribute material that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent or designed to impersonate another person or business.
You are responsible for ensuring advertising claims, product statements, prices, availability, endorsements and disclosures are accurate and comply with applicable rules.
7. AUTOMATED AND GENERATED OUTPUTS
Prompts, suggestions and generated or assisted outputs may contain errors or may not reproduce a product accurately. They are starting points, not professional, legal or advertising advice. You must check all outputs against the original product and current facts before use. Do not rely on an output that invents or changes logos, slogans, garment details, condition, pricing or other material information.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another account;
- interfere with security, operation or availability;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the service to spam, manipulate engagement or evade a platform's rules; or
- use another person's data or content without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, Content Engine interface, branding, written material and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors, except for user content and third-party materials. You may use the service only for its intended purpose. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may maintain, update, suspend or change features to protect the service, comply with law, respond to third-party platform changes or improve the experience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect third-party accounts using the available controls.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, responsibility for user content, disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, third-party platform decisions, account restrictions, or loss caused by content published without appropriate review.
13. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including information used for Content Engine and TikTok connections. It forms part of these Terms.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when the service, law or third-party integrations change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil procedure rules may hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in the country where you live.
